UpdateMessageState

更新对应的消息的状态
参数:
string Token: Token 数据 加密
string MessageTargetID: 消息发送目标的 ID【多个ID之间使用 , 隔开】，加密
string StateID: 更改后的状态（只能传入 2 接收成功；3 已经阅读；），加密

返回结构:
返回值:
结果描述
Result=0更新成功
Result=-1错误, Message 为错误信息
Result=-2Token非法
Result=-3获取登录用户数据失败
Result=-10当前登录帐号已经在其他机器上登录
Result=-31Token 失效
