UpdateDeviceName

重命名设备名称
参数：
string Token：Token
string DeviceNo：设备编号，加密
string DeviceName：设备名称，加密
返回值：
Result 描述
Result=0 设备名称保存成功
Result=-1 程序错误，Message为错误信息
Result=-2 Token 非法
Result=-3 设备（手机）名称为空，需要输入手机名称
Result=-31 Token 失效
