LinkAndDetermineServer

在配置服务器的时候，需要检测用户输入的服务器地址是否正确，同时根据返回情况，判断服务器类型

无输入参数

返回值：
Result描述
Result=1适合6.0的服务端（但是目前没有使用）
Result=27.0（单用户，不需要输入公司名称）
Result=37.0（多用户，需要用户输入公司名称）
