ForceLogin

参数：
string Token：Token
string DeviceNo：设备编号，加密
返回值：
Result 描述
Result=0 执行成功，Message为Token数据
Result=-1 程序错误，Message为错误信息
Result=-2 Token 非法
Result=-11 没有执行任何操作
Result=-31 Token 失效
