DeleteRoute

删除一条线路
参数：
string Token：Token，
string RouteID: 需要删除的线路的 ID 【必须为大于零的正整数】，加密

返回结构:

返回值：
Result 描述
Result=0 执行成功
Result=-1 出错, Message为错误信息
Result=-2 Token非法
Result=-4 非管理员，无操作权限
Result=-10 当前登录帐号已经在其他机器上登录
Result=-13 此线路下，存在“子线路”，不能删除
Result=-14 此线路下，存在“地址卡”，不能删除
Result=-31 Token失效
